The content of this website, including the free calculators and the articles, is general information. It is not investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Do not act on it without professional advice specific to your situation.

The calculators

The DCF calculator, runway calculator and model health check are simplified tools. They omit working capital timing, debt schedules, tax positions and much else. Their output is directional and is not a valuation, a forecast or an assurance of any kind. They run in your browser, and no figure entered into them is transmitted or stored.

Scope of engagements

Valuation analyses are prepared to support fundraising, planning, transactions and 409A option pricing. They are not fairness opinions and should not be relied upon as such.

No audit, review or other assurance service is provided, and no opinion is expressed on historical financial statements. Analyses are prepared from information supplied by the client, which is not independently verified unless the engagement expressly says otherwise. Forward-looking figures depend on assumptions that may not occur.

Case studies and figures

Case studies describe real engagements. Client names and certain figures are withheld or marked where confidentiality applies. Past outcomes do not indicate future results.

Intellectual property

The content, templates and model structures on this site belong to Financial Modeling .net unless stated otherwise. Deliverables produced during an engagement become the client's property on payment in full; the underlying methods and generic structures remain the practitioner's.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of this website or its free tools. Liability arising from a paid engagement is governed by the written engagement terms for that engagement.
